There are two ways to order a repeat prescription:

1. Using the MyClinic365 App below. If you are a private patient you can also pay for your prescription using this app. The app is very convenient to use and with time it will be possible to book an appointment using MyClinic365.

2. Using the secure form below.

Use our online My Clinic 365 patient app to order repeat prescriptions only. Please register on the app below and then click on prescriptions/new prescriptions. Write a list of your medication in the space provided, ensuring to include your preferred pharmacy.

A charge of €20 applies for all private repeat prescriptions issued without a consultation.

Once ordered prescriptions take 3 working days to process and will be sent directly to your chosen pharmacy. If you are a private patient the fee is €20. You can either pay using the MyClinic365 app or if you use the prescription ordering form the receptionists will send you a text with a secure payment link. Once you have paid; your prescription will be forwarded to your chosen pharmacy. If you or a family member has difficulty using the online services you can leave a written list of your medication at the reception or ask your pharmacy to order your medication for you. For safety reasons, prescriptions cannot be ordered over the phone.
